  • Adult day services
  • Care management

Modification cap: $15,000 lifetime, with $5,000-$7,500 annual limits typical.

TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) Waiver

For adults with traumatic brain injury at risk of facility placement. Similar coverage to NHTD.
